Let's Chat Workshops

What's On Offer?
Let's Chat Long Game
Leadership
is an invitation to lead from rest, hear clearly, and last well. Leadership was never designed to be sustained by constant pressure, noise, and exhaustion, yet many pastors and emerging leaders find themselves running hard, meeting expectations, and quietly questioning how long the pace is sustainable. This workshop helps shift from survival mode into steady, Spirit-led leadership by integrating practical self-care strategies with intentional spiritual rhythms that enable you to slow down, discern clearly, and lead from a place of grounded strength rather than reactive busyness. Together, we explore realistic, sustainable practices that protect wellbeing, deepen discernment, and position you to accomplish more with less stress and striving. Participants walk away with practical tools they can implement immediately—not just to prevent burnout, but to build a leadership life that is fruitful, steady, and built to last—because the goal isn’t only to lead well today, but to still be leading well years from now.
Let's Chat... What Do You Need?
With extensive experience in both ministry and community settings,
Tracey can tailor workshops to suit the unique needs of your church or organisation. Every context is different, and sessions can be adapted accordingly.
Let's Chat Mental Health
This workshop provides a clear and accessible overview of four common mental health challenges: depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicide. Participants gain insight into how these issues impact daily life and how to recognise presenting signs. The session also addresses common misconceptions, helping leaders respond with greater understanding and confidence.
Let's Chat Suicide Prevention
This practical and interactive workshop prepares participants to engage in meaningful conversations with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation. Together, we address common fears and misconceptions — including what you can and should ask — and provide clear, responsible guidelines for responding appropriately. Participants leave feeling more confident, equipped, and supported in navigating these critical conversations.
Let's Chat Deescalation
& Crisis Intervention
(Youth Specific)
Designed specifically for youth leaders, this workshop equips participants with practical strategies to respond calmly and effectively when situations begin to escalate. Leaders will learn how to recognise early warning signs, regulate their own responses, and engage young people in ways that reduce tension and promote safety. The focus is on confidence, clarity, and safe intervention within established leadership and policy frameworks.
Let's Chat Anger Management
(Youth Specific)
This session equips youth leaders with practical tools and communication strategies to support young people navigating anger-related challenges. Participants gain insight into the underlying drivers of anger and learn constructive approaches that foster trust, regulation, and healthy expression.
Let's Chat Burnout &
Self Care
This session helps participants recognise the early signs of burnout and compassion fatigue — signs that are often overlooked in ministry environments. In a fast-paced world, self-care is frequently neglected, particularly when the focus is on caring for others.
Practical, encouraging, and reflective, this workshop equips leaders with sustainable strategies to maintain personal wellbeing while continuing to serve effectively.
Let's Chat Grief & Loss
This workshop explores the impact of grief and loss within individuals. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the grieving process, common responses to loss, and healthy ways to support others through difficult seasons. The session provides practical insight for walking alongside individuals with sensitivity and care.
Let's Chat Good Documentation
This concise but essential session provides clear guidance on appropriate documentation practices within ministry contexts.
Participants will learn what should and should not be recorded, the
importance of factual and objective language, and why accurate
documentation is critical in today’s increasingly complex and litigious environment.

What's On Offer?
1:1 Supervision
Leadership carries weight that isn’t always visible. The pressure to care for others, make wise decisions, and navigate complex situations can build quietly over time. Supervision offers a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and be supported by someone who understands both the realities of ministry and the broader complexities of people care.
Tracey brings a unique blend of pastoral and professional experience to supervision. As an ordained minister with over a decade on church staff, alongside extensive work across the community sector, she understands the challenges pastors and leaders face from both a ministry and clinical perspective. Holding a Master’s in Health and Human Services and a Postgraduate Diploma in Adolescent Health and Wellbeing, Tracey integrates trauma-informed practice, mental health expertise, and reflective supervision to support sustainable leadership.
Her approach to supervision is both supportive and practical—helping leaders process complex situations, gain clarity, and develop thoughtful, grounded responses. With a strong background in complex case management and crisis intervention, Tracey creates a safe, confidential space where leaders can step out of the demands of leadership, be heard without expectation, and grow in self-awareness, resilience, and long-term effectiveness.
Critical Incident Debrief
With extensive experience in managing critical incidents, Tracey offers debriefing sessions that provide space to reflect on what occurred, review actions taken, and consider alternative responses. These sessions also create a supportive environment to process your own thoughts and emotions following a traumatic experience.
